Please carefully verify all personalized information to be printed.  All orders will be printed as specified on the order form.  Whimsical Paper will not be responsible for any spelling or grammatical mistakes that are made on the order form.

All orders are custom made just for you, therefore refunds and returns are not allowed unless it's our error.

Estimated production is 7-21 BUSINESS days plus shipping unless stated differently on the order form.

If you are ordering multiple items, please note that your items may ship from different locations at different times.

Placing on order

To place an order, click on the “Add to Cart” button next to each item.  When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out. 

Ordering

There is not a minimum order.

Ordering a Gift

If you are making a purchase as a gift, we will be happy to send it directly to the recipient.  In the comment area during check-out, please add their name and address and any other additional information. 

Sales Tax

Sales Tax (for Alabama residents only) is calculated and added to the total order at check-out.

Terms

For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via a Secure Server where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering.  Whimsical Paper accepts MasterCard/Visa or funds through PayPal. 

PayPal is a safe and secure method of on-line payment that uses advanced encryption to protect your private information.

You are also welcome to mail a check, money order or cashiers check.  Please contact us and we will be glad to let you know where to mail you information.  All personal checks are subject to clearance before your stationery is processed.

Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received. 

Shipping

Once your payment has been received, please allow approximately 7 - 21 BUSINESS days {unless stated differently on the order form} to complete orders and another 3 – 5 BUSINESS days for shipping.  Some items ship sooner.  Please note that during peak Holiday seasons, orders may take longer due to the high volume ordering. 

Orders are shipped by USPS, UPS or FEDX. Orders can be shipped anywhere in the United States. Orders can not be sent to P.O. Boxes.

Rush orders may be requested for an additional $20.

Many items ship directly from the manufacturer to you, the customer, to ensure the quickest delivery possible.  For this reason, you may receive your orders in several shipments, however you will only pay for shipping one time at check-out.

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our personalized items, Whimsical Paper does not offer returns on personalized items unless there is an error on our part.  In such a case, we will gladly replace your order in a timely manner with no extra charge.  Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your misprinted personalized items.

Changes to Orders

As long as the order has not been processed, there will not be a fee to make changes on your order.  If you discover that something is incorrect on your order after you placed it, email Leane@whimsicalpaper.com or call 205-531-4245 immediately.  If your order has been processed, you will need to reorder.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us therefore, Whimsical Paper does not sell or share any of your information.  Your information is kept strictly confidential.

Copyright

All the designs featured by Whimsical Paper are the property of Whimsical Paper and should not be copied in any way. 

Packaging

All stationery by Whimsical Paper is packaged in a clear cello bag tied with a matching raffia.

Products & Pricing 

Whimsical Paper reserves the right to make changes at anytime to its products and pricing.
